Terms and Conditions

The service expectations, payment terms, and responsibilities that shape how Oro Valley Tech works with residential and business clients.

1. Services Provided

Oro Valley Tech Solutions (hereafter referred to as "Oro Valley Tech", "we," "our," or "us") offers technology consulting and solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Home automation
  • Network setup and enhancements
  • Cybersecurity solutions
  • Small business tech support

Services are tailored to client needs and provided on a case-by-case basis.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, Venmo, and cash. Checks are not accepted at this time. An invoice or receipt will be provided.

3. Service-Related Messaging

If you choose to opt in to SMS communication, Oro Valley Tech may send service-related text messages such as appointment confirmations, appointment updates, scheduling follow-up, and support coordination. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful service delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding their tech needs.
  • Grant reasonable access to equipment, systems, or locations as required.
  • Maintain backups of critical data before work begins.

5. Limitation of Liability

Oro Valley Tech is not responsible for any loss of data, system interruptions, or other damages arising from the services provided. Services are performed to the best of our ability and knowledge, but no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes unless explicitly stated.

6. Confidentiality

Oro Valley Tech will maintain the confidentiality of all client data and information accessed during the course of service delivery.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may cancel a service request with at least 24 hours' notice. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued based on the scope of work completed.

8. Use of Services

By using our services, clients agree not to:

  • Use Oro Valley Tech solutions for illegal or unethical purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute services or proprietary methods without written consent.

9. Affiliate Disclosure

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
